We are expected to prepay these vendors in advance in order to guarantee the best experience for our participants. Because we prepay all of our expenses we cannot issue refunds for participants. Instead, we suggest that you purchase travel insurance in the event that you are unable to attend the trip.

A $1,000 payment is due at the time of registration and the remaining balance is due within 30 days of registration.

We have had good luck with Allianz travel at we are not formally affiliated with them and you are welcome and encouraged to use any travel insurance of your choice.
